Xcode 4.2.1 issue : Universal app runs on iPad but not on iphone

I am right now working on one universal application where I am stuck to one point. I was able to successfully launch my application both on iPhone and iPad but since 2-3 days, I am not able to launch my application on neither iPhone nor iPhone simulator but it runs smoothly on iPad/ipad simulator. Also when I run my app choosing iPhone device it shows message like Running the App on iPhone simulator but i am not able to see any effect on my simulator. I am using Xcode 4.2.1 and I guess the issue is pertains to the same.





Kindly help me out to resolve the issue. Thank you.

I have a 2.67 GHz Celeron processor, 1.21 GB of RAM on a x86 Windows XP Professional machine. My understanding is that the Android emulator should start fairly quickly on such a machine, but for me it does not. I have followed all instructions in setting up the IDE, SDKs, JDKs and such and have had some success in staring the emulator quickly but is very particulary. How can I, if possible, fix this problem?
